Jennifer Dolly is a top bodybuilder who frequently shares her workout routines and fitness tips with her Instagram followers. Recently, she posted a series of photos showing off her training wear in a light purple outfit from Bombshell Sportswear. Dolly often highlights her favorite exercises, including upper body and butt workouts, to inspire her followers.

Dolly likes doing upper body workouts. In particular, she likes to do shoulder exercises.
