Bodybuilder Dennis Yoshio was shot and killed by an assassin on a motorcycle in a hit-and-run.
The 32-year-old Brazilian fitness influencer was shot dead by two men in front of his home in Villa Matilde, Sao Paulo, on Saturday night.
Yoshio’s brother helped firefighters transfer him to an ambulance and managed to get Yoshio into a car on the way to Tatuape City Hospital.
However, upon arrival, the gunshot victim was said to have gone into cardiac arrest after one of the bullets hit him in the spine.
Police investigating Yoshio’s brutal assassination have yet to make any arrests.
Witnesses told police that the bodybuilder’s car broke down so he dropped him off at his home to collect the money.

Afterwards, Yoshio got out of his car and was heading toward the property when he was shot.
In addition to exercising regularly, this Brazilian was also an economist.
In a recent video uploaded to social media, Yoshio showed off some of his grueling training to his 50,500 Instagram followers, with the motto “You can do anything except give up.”
Alongside a selfie showing off his impressive physique, he added, “Only those who pursue their goals can achieve success.”

Yoshio leaves behind his charming girlfriend Amanda, who expressed her heartbreak in an Instagram post following his death.
Her heartbreaking message was accompanied by videos and photos of the couple together.
“Without you I am nothing. Please come home, my love.
“You have given meaning to my life. I cannot be far from you. I cannot exist without you. I need to be with you. God, please help me.”
“Tell me this is your prank. Don’t leave me here alone.”
In a subsequent post with the couple, Amanda confirmed that Yoshio’s funeral details would be announced in due course.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Yoshio,” she wrote.
“As soon as we have information regarding his funeral, we will let you know.”
In January, another Brazilian bodybuilder was shot four times by Hulk’s boyfriend in what he claimed was self-defense.
Weldrin López accused Ellen Campos of threatening him before opening fire and fleeing the scene, leaving the bodybuilder dead inside an apartment in Belo Horizonte.
And bodybuilding champion Luis Manuel Lomeli, 45, was shot dead by gunmen on motorcycles just months after evading another assassination attempt.
Lomeli was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck to the gym for a training session in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, when gunmen rained bullets down on him.
