Eva Andressa has been working up a sweat in Brazil, showing off her incredible figure in workout gear. The Brazilian bodybuilder recently posted a video to Instagram showing off her sculpted physique in a two-piece exercise set, captioning it, “Whatever you do, make sure you bring YEAH BUDDY, the best Brazilian pre-workout.” From weightlifting to fasted cardio and even dance, Eva’s approach to fitness and self-care is diverse and effective. “I love starting my day with fasted cardio,” she said in the post. Fasted cardio means refraining from eating until after your sweat session.

In the same post, she revealed that she also stretches in the morning, “keeping my muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Flexibility is necessary to maintain range of motion in my joints,” she said. Eva also understands the benefits of dancing. “A little dance with a special ending!” she wrote of the video on Instagram. Why should you dance? Not only can dancing help you build strength and improve your flexibility, it can also help you lose weight and boost your cardiovascular fitness. According to a study published in 2016,
American Journal of Preventive Medicine Moderate-intensity dancers were found to be 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers, whereas moderate-intensity walkers were only 25 percent less likely to suffer from heart health problems.
