Daniella Deiana puts her best foot forward at the gym in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the IFBB pro shows off her model physique in a two-piece exercise set during an intense training session. “Even the water I drank last summer made me sweat,” she joked in her Instagram caption, adding the hashtag “determination.” How does she approach food, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle.
Daniela exercises to strengthen her body and mind. “It’s more than just a gym. It’s not just a place to get your body in shape. It’s a place to change your mind. You reach discipline, patience and persistence. You escape the stresses of everyday life. The weather is up to you. Anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety, all of this disappears as soon as you step into the gym and you can focus solely on improving yourself. It’s not a gym, it’s a sanctuary,” she captioned the post.
Daniela also recommends looking within yourself. “The answers you’re looking for won’t be found on a screen. No one will tell you what your purpose in life is. No one will tell you who you should be or how you should act. You’re the only one who has the answers.’ So sometimes you have to stop scrolling, turn off the world, and mute the world to hear your voice.” I wrote about it in another post.
Daniela has a well-balanced diet and exercise routine. “Life is about balance. Let’s find harmony between working on our goals together and taking care of our bodies and minds to achieve excellence in every aspect of our lives!” she wrote on social media.
If you want to achieve your goals, sacrifices are required. “Less fat, less socks 🤣 I never like to talk about sacrifice. We sacrifice something when it’s important to us, so that’s how I always define our priorities. “In bodybuilding, priorities are always clearly defined.” This is also why I love this sport. Because this sport teaches us a lot, makes us rediscover a lot about ourselves and allows us to approach life with a different vision,” she explained in the post.
If Daniella isn’t on the treadmill, you’ll find Daniella starting to walk outside. here She is walking in the Andalusia region of Spain. A daily walk can be a game-changer, especially when it comes to exercise at fast speeds. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine Researchers found that walking briskly for about 30 minutes a day lowers the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death than walking slowly for the same number of steps.
