We are often asked about healthy foods and drinks that are part of our daily and weekly routines. This is a particularly important question for Empaths and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).
Food is love for the body. be well nourishedI’m a big proponent of simplicity, so I’m not asked for anything fancy.
Here are some of my favorite superfoods for empaths. They are nutritionally powerful, delicious, protect and energize empaths and HSPs.
But really, everyone benefits from these super-healthy foods and drinks. increase.
Here are 8 superfoods to help nourish and protect empaths and other sensitive people
1. Green tea
When I drink green tea, I can feel this magical elixir healing my body from the inside out.
Green tea is now ubiquitous in everything from face washes to muffins, and for good reason. Its active ingredient, EGCG, boosts metabolism, reduces inflammation, and is rich in antioxidants.
Choose organic loose-leaf teas when possible.

Green tea acts as a protective element for the aura. It strengthens your energy field so you are not vulnerable to intrusion or projection from others.
2. Kale
I’ve been afraid of kale for a long time, even though I’ve read many times about its powerful nutritional value.
It can be sautéed in 10 minutes. Bake pieces of kale chips, a delicious alternative to saturated fat-laden potato varieties. Or incorporate it into egg, tofu, and bean dishes. Due to its high levels of vitamins C, A, K, folic acid, fiber, and more, it’s on nearly every superfood list you can find.
Adding foods rich in vitamin C (such as lemons) will aid absorption of the nutrient.
spiritual gain
Kale strengthens boundaries, primarily from a physical standpoint. It helps you say no when you need to. It grounds you in the present moment and helps you stand firm in your truth.
3. Lemon
Acidic on the outside and alkaline on the inside (more alkaline is thought to fight disease), lemon improves all. Get your day started.
Have plenty of vitamin C and refreshments along with tea, salads, fish and chicken dishes.

Lemon cleanses the chakra system by helping to move energy. Clears stagnant chakra blockages and brings more free flow, expression, health and balance.
4. Nuts
Nuts are a great source of fiber, protein and minerals to keep you feeling full. They’re so easy and portable for those pecky afternoons.
Their fats are heart-healthy fats. In general, don’t eat more than a few handfuls at a time.

Nuts draw you to the earth, your body, and your strength.
5. Seaweed
Crunchy and unique, this Asian gem boasts high amounts of iodine, one nutrient Americans are often deficient in. Iodine is essential for thyroid health, which is often an issue as women age, and is also important for fertility.
Annie Chun has a great line of natural foods, including small packs of seaweed with flavors like sesame and wasabi. Alternatively, get all-natural seaweed from your grocery store and add it to soups or rice.

Seaweed contributes to a more flexible mind, allowing you to loosen stiffness and take in new perspectives.

It adds a huge (fat-free) flavor burst to virtually anything. please give me.

A member of the cruciferous vegetable group (which includes cauliflower and cabbage), broccoli is full of phytonutrients thought to kill capricious cells before they become a problem. Cruciferous vegetables help treat existing cancer.

Broccoli helps with deep breathing, which increases relaxation and calmness, especially if you’re feeling anxious or out of balance.
8. Organic coffee (blended with healthy oils)
You may have heard about the “bulletproof” coffee craze in recent years. I make my own version and it’s a healthy indulgence. I make hot organic coffee in Chemex and add it to my Vitamix.
If I feel like it, I sometimes add a dash of raw honey, cinnamon, or even almond milk.
The result is a rich, frothy pleasure. Fat makes coffee easier to digest. This is especially true for those with sensitive stomachs and those with empathy.
I found that the fat content ground the coffee and my body absorbed it much more willingly than regular coffee. Also adds energy and brain power boosts.
As a sensitive soul, stick to no more than one (preferably two) cups of coffee per day.

This drink brings optimism and cheerfulness to your energy field. Shakes off low vibrations of depression and heaviness.
