The professional from Bengaluru managed to lose 56 kg and proudly shares his weight loss journey he began in 2021. Latty weighed 126.5 kg in October 2021 and currently weighed 56 kg according to a social media post in March 2025.

Her diet plan included making food fun and exposing myths

While consistency in a weight loss routine is a difficult task, Rutvi has shared her experience and the strategies that have followed to keep her diet interesting and fun.
In another post she wrote:
“1. Always remember that you can have a cheat day from time to time. It must be very good. A sustainable health journey. No one can eat salads in their lifetime
2. Make your salad fun – try new recipes. Enjoy cooking and experiment.
3. Simple hack, you want to have pizza, before that you just have a bowl of green salad (no creamy dressing). Reduce GI.
4. Play with recipes – Eggs can be healthier in multiple ways. Just adding a few seasonings is fun.
5. Don’t keep so many snack options at home. If they are inaccessible, somehow we tend to consume. ”
She is also crushing myths around protein. “The blunder I did while losing weight! I especially focused on the macros. I didn’t feel much digestion, dry skin, or even energy.
