A Belfast couple are back with their second health and fitness retreat after a sold-out debut.
Adapt Retreats duo Corey Tipping and Sarah Houston will host the second installment, which will take place in Wicklow from 28th to 30th June 2024.
The retreat “promises to offer even more extraordinary experiences, combining wellness, adventure, and transformation in an unforgettable journey.”

The two are “dedicated to changing lives through health and fitness. With a passion for holistic wellness and years of experience in fitness coaching, we have earned a reputation for innovative approaches to wellbeing. ”

Sarah has a background in sports from hockey to rugby and has been through her own weight loss journey. She is now a foodie and fitness enthusiast, and she is also an avid runner and CrossFitter who recently completed her first Hylox.

The Belfast man has experience in high-level sport, from rugby at All-Ireland level to boxing and football. More recently, Cory has focused, trained, and completed marathons, Hylox, and CrossFit competitions.
