The Department of Mental Health (DMH) recently launched a campaign to provide free online therapy sessions to teenagers in Bangkok as statistics show high rates of mental health risks among teenagers. did.
The campaign, titled ‘Wall of Sharing for Teens’, is a joint venture between the Wall of Sharing Foundation, the Bangkok Division of the National Health and Safety Office (NHSO), and the Ooca online consulting platform. It aims to provide a “mental haven” for young people while promoting the sustainable strengthening of communities.

Through the Ooca application, Bangkok residents aged 15 to 25 can now access free online therapy sessions with psychologists, clinical therapists, and volunteers.
According to Dr. Wimorrat Wangpeng, director of the Rajanagarindra Institute of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, young people who are depressed or at risk of suicide receive either four consecutive sessions with a psychologist or two sessions with a therapist followed by Participants can choose between two follow-up sessions conducted by spirit volunteers.
