Dr. Geethi Varma also shared with HT Lifestyle some principles and dietary recommendations to consider for digestive discomfort.

- Set meal times and establish regular eating habits.

- Limit or avoid spicy, fried, and processed foods, as they can exacerbate acid reflux symptoms.
