Austin starts by holding the weight just below chest height and stepping one foot back to perform a back lunge.

Next, while holding the lunge, perform a biceps curl by lowering your hands near your hips and curling your arms upwards, moving the weight toward your shoulders.

Immediately after the biceps curl, while maintaining a back lunge, Austin performs an overhead press to work the shoulder muscles. Once the bicep curl is complete, she flips her hand over so her knuckles are facing the front of the room. Then she raises her arms toward the ceiling and brings them close to her ears.

Finally, Austin brings his back leg forward and returns to the starting position to complete one repetition. “Keep doing this for one minute,” Austin instructs the viewer, switching legs between every two repetitions.
