Zolciak responded: “Ozempic does. You have to be really careful.”
Ozempic is a prescription injectable medication approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the management of type 2 diabetes, but is also used off-label to aid in weight loss.

I can’t even walk without getting out of breath.” Offscreen, medical staff on set reminded Grey that she was taking medication that affected her pancreas and urged her to go to the hospital.

It’s because of that shot. That’s what happens. That’s exactly what happened to my friend.”
Thankfully, Gray appears to have recovered, appearing on the show’s most recent episode. In a confessional, he said: She explained She said she decided to try Ozempic because she’s “a bit of a vain person.”
“I’d gained a lot of weight over the last few years, and that’s when people started talking about Ozempic,” she says. “So I was like, OK, I’m not going to take Ozempic. [the weight] Let’s see if we can get this if we get off the right path.”
It is unclear whether she is still taking the medication.
