Apple Fitness+ Launches New Lineup of Workout Programs 2025

TThe start of a new year is the perfect time to reset your healthy living goals. apple fitness+ I’m here to help. The subscription fitness and wellness service is launching a huge selection of new programs and workouts to help users try new things and stay engaged as we head into 2025.

The new program will be available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Apple Watch on January 6th, so you have some time to prepare. But there are a lot of new programs, and whether you’re new to the service or a seasoned user, it can be overwhelming to read through them all. With that in mind, these are the biggest new programs to watch.

“Perfect 3 Weeks of Strength”

Strength training is at its peak, and this new program is designed to get you up to speed. This is a 3-week progressive plan that targets key muscle groups through 12 30-minute workouts. This program is designed to get results and can be repeated with heavier weights as you get stronger.

“Strength, Endurance, and Agility in Pickleball”

Pickleball has gained a huge following among the general public in 2022 and is now one of the fastest growing sports in the world. This Apple Fitness+ program features professional pickleball champions Catherine Palanteau She will guide you through a unique combination of training exercises with the goal of making you a better pickleball player.

“Yoga Peak Pose”

This program focuses on the details of unimodal poses in yoga, such as Dancer Pose (Natarajasana), Hand Rotated to Big Toe Pose (Parivrutta Hasta Padangustasana), and Crow Pose (Kakasana). Each session includes a 10-minute preparation and warm-up sequence, followed by a 10-minute practice session.
