Maruyais a new chef-driven meat restaurant opening in Kiryat Anavim, adjacent to Abu Ghosh on the outskirts of Jerusalem, serving fresh Mediterranean cuisine.
Under the guidance of Chef Tal Gazit, Mallya offers a menu that captures the essence of the new Israeli kitchen, blending traditional flavors with innovative cooking techniques.
