A: Actually, I hate running, so I sometimes skipped gym classes at school. My school friends were stunned that I was running so much now! . Running in 2018, she joined the group (Super Hero Runners) and has never looked back.

What are your current fitness goals?

I want to improve my personal best in various race distances (5km, 10km, half marathon, full marathon) and keep fit, but most importantly I don’t get injured.

How do you ensure a healthy work-life balance?

My job has been going well so far, and I’ve been very lucky because I can run or go to the gym after work most weekdays. I try to run before

Did something happen when you were younger that made you lack self-confidence?

When I was in junior college, I was on a diet where I barely ate, but luckily a classmate who had anorexia at the time stopped me. I also think it’s important to surround yourself with positive people who teach you how to love yourself and your body.

When were you the least confident in yourself?

A few years ago, a friend casually commented that he was hungry when he sat down. That comment kind of piqued my interest, but I decided to ignore it and join a gym with zero muscle training experience.

My abs aren’t very defined yet, but they are more defined than before, and most importantly, I’m stronger, too. .

I know I worked hard to get there, so I’m pretty happy with my body now.

Have you ever received any comments about your body?

Interestingly, there was also a comment that after starting muscle training, “I gained too much muscle like a man.” It was then that I realized that people always had something to say and that there was no way to please everyone, so I stopped caring and instead focused on just what I wanted.

If you could change something about yourself, would you do it?

Not so when it comes to looks, but I’m always working on ways to be a better friend/family member for the people I care about.
