Raj Ganpath shares three hacks to consume junk food and enjoy his favorites within a limited range. This is what he said.
We all love junk food. Junk food makes up for the best memories, whether you munch on your favorite burger, sit in a cafe with a drink of hot chocolate, or share pizza with friends. However, junk food is equally unhealthy and can pose a health risk. Too much junk food can slow down progress, especially for people on a weight loss journey. However, there’s no need to give up on junk food completely. Fitness Coach Raj Ganpathon an Instagram video on April 4th, I shared a hack and consumed junk food, but I enjoy it in moderation. “I’m going to eat junk anyway, so let’s make sure it’s worth it.

“Extreme hunger and junk food don’t go together because when you’re very hungry, you tend to consume large amounts of food for many health reasons and junk food is not intended to be consumed in the majority, so if you’re very hungry, make sure you don’t open your favorite food delivery app. The fitness coach says:

“Make it difficult to access. If you order a large amount of junk food and store it at home, before you feel motivated, or before you fight yourself or someone, or before you feel like you deserve a snack, it’s just a matter of time.
