Pilates is a great way to build strength while improving posture, coordination and mobility. You can also do it at home with Zero Device.

However, if you want to increase the difficulty level or mix things up a bit, Wall Pilates may be worth a try. This includes doing Pilates exercises with wall support. It makes certain exercises more difficult, but using walls for support and balance makes them a little easier.
