But during her second pregnancy, when she weighed 274 pounds and wore US size 18 (UK size 22) clothes, Wynn began to realize how bad things were getting.

“It opened my eyes to how I look,” the hairdresser revealed. “I’ve never felt more superior or rejected in my life. I hated myself so much that I thought I had to learn to love myself again.”
She decided to change herself and set achievable goals during this period. COVID-19 (new coronavirus infection) During the pandemic, Britons were only able to leave their homes for one hour a day for exercise.
Wynn set a goal of completing at least 10,000 steps every day during lockdown.

Wynn took her daughters, now 5 and 7, for walks every day in their stroller, making sure they took at least 10,000 steps before heading home. She also began changing her diet, monitoring her calories and carefully preparing her meals for the week.
“[It] It was a big change at the time, but the longer I did it, the easier it got,” she said. Exit.
“I probably eat more now than I used to, but I eat cleaner, healthier food. I eat more fruit, cut down on carbs, and I don’t take takeout anymore. But when I can… I still enjoy going out to eat with friends.”

Five months later, Wynn lost A whopping 70 pounds. She was satisfied with her progress and wanted to continue working in a healthy way, knowing that there was a good chance she could lose more.
She joined a gym and went five times a week, with a routine that combined cardio and weightlifting. Now, she’s lost more than 100 pounds and admits she “feels like a whole new person.”
But Wynn still has work to do, as she hopes to lose another 20 pounds.
After her hard work paid off, the mother of two joined a gym to continue her journey.

“As soon as I started seeing progress, it felt even more addictive and motivated me to keep going. I literally can’t stop smiling when I try on new clothes that are smaller,” she says. I admitted that I no longer hated what I saw in the mirror.
Her milestone became even more special as others celebrated her accomplishment.
“After I lost about 85 pounds, a mom named Lucy came up to me on her way to school and congratulated me. But I told her that I didn’t like how loose my skin looked. And she said I should join her gym and she would help me,” she said.
