This fitness trainer keeps sharing important tips and tricks regarding weight loss and fitness on his Instagram profile. One of his blogs related to burning belly fat from a few years ago has resurfaced and is helpful for anyone embarking on a weight loss journey.

Eat at regular intervals:

Vinod Channa wrote down the major muscle groups to focus on: rectus abdominis, internal obliques, external obliques, and transverse obliques. “I perform crunches that target the rectus abdominis, cross crunches and leg raises that target the internal and external obliques, and finish with planks and side planks that target the transverse obliques. ” writes Vinod Channa.
