Nick Cannon admits his mental health is in jeopardy.
Cannon, 44, spoke about how she was previously diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder and the steps she took to heal.

“I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve been dyslexic since I was a child, but I just knew I was just a neurodivergent person. I always thought that,” he said. continued.
Cannon admitted that she proactively sought help and looked on the bright side of her diagnosis.
“I feel like there’s a lot of labels out there…to be able to accept that and say, ‘Look, I’m healing. I need help. Show me.’ and embrace therapy very strongly,” he added. “Not only can I be a role model for others, but I can also heal during my self-process.”
Earlier this month, Cannon revealed that he had been “clinically diagnosed” with narcissistic personality disorder.

Ms Cannon described her mental health problems as a “spectrum” starting with “self-confidence, overconfidence and arrogance”, but at the “extremes” to “lack of empathy and anger”. He explained that it was a possibility.
He then confessed that he “identified” with all of the traits except “lack of empathy” and “rage.”
“I took all the power out of the word ‘narcissism’ because I studied it and understood it,” Cannon said. “Call it what you like…If I didn’t know what it was now, I’d have a problem with it.”
Cannon went on to talk about how she was raised in a Christian home and how she “can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
