There’s a special satisfaction in a product that serves a purpose. and Looks great on the countertop. But while it’s hard to resist the appeal of a fun boutique atmosphere, I’m probably more into buying a good deal. It’s easy to add to salads and adds a healthy dose of fiber and protein to curries, hearty stews, and pot-warming soups. I also use aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas) in vegan baking projects.
