The trainer recreated Khloe Kardashian’s routine in a way that fans can practice at home. This requires no gym equipment or minimal training equipment.

Khloe Kardashian’s fitness coach reveals her fitness regime

Khloe Kardashian’s trainer Joel Bouraima recently gave fans a revised version of Khloe’s workout routine. The fitness coach has adjusted his entire Monday through Friday routine to be more accessible to fans.

“No matter what time Chloe and I train, she always comes to the gym 30 minutes early to stretch and warm up,” Bouraima said, as reported by Poosh. The trainer continued, “Even if we start at 6 a.m., she’s in the gym by 5:30 a.m., stretched and ready to meet me.”

As revealed by Joel Bouraima, Khloe Kardashian’s Monday workout routine includes jump rope, planks, holding squats, squat jumps, push-ups, mountain climbers, dip side planks, and crunches. Meanwhile, her workout routine on Tuesday includes quick step-ups, shadow boxing, back lunges, split squats, dips, push-ups with holds, hip thrusts, and single-leg hip thrusts.

Bouraima did not specify a workout routine for Wednesday, as the fitness coach revealed that Khloe Kardashian spends one day a week by herself practicing basic cardio and Pilates. Meanwhile, the media personality’s Thursday fitness routine includes high knee jumps, lateral and front raise jumps, push-ups, shoulder tap planks, knee-toe squats, side planks and bicycle crunches.

Finally, Hall Kardashian’s Friday workout routine includes inchworm pushups, jumping jacks, alternating split squat jumps, split squats with holds, cross mountain climbers, back extensions, and burpees. All Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday routines also include a specific number of repetitions of the exercise and rest periods in between.
