An American fitness coach claims that all of his “thin colleagues” have a habit in common. A fitness coach and technician named Bly claims she spent a week observing her colleagues at work and noticed that all of her “skinny” colleagues had common eating habits. That is, don’t eat until the end of your meal.

Bligh revealed her discovery in an Instagram post that has now gone viral with over 4 million views and hundreds of comments.

“I observed the eating habits of my thin colleagues.”

In an Instagram post, Bligh said she started observing the people around her after watching an episode of the Chris Terrell Podcast called “Collecting the Habits of Thin People.” “I started paying attention while I was at work because I was curious,” the fitness coach said.

What she discovered is that her thin colleagues have one thing in common: they’re skinny. That means you haven’t finished your meal.

“While some people are naturally thin despite their habits and diet, I think many normal weight people are that way due to their habits (intentionally or not).” she says.

She explained that thinner people simply seem to have a more cavalier attitude towards food. Another thing she observed was that one co-worker enjoys a burger by removing the top bun and adding a dollop of ketchup to remove excess carbohydrates and calories, while another co-worker takes hours to eat. , sometimes I didn’t even finish eating.

Precautions

Bligh added a warning to anyone who might come across her post: “I’m not encouraging people to not finish their meals or waste money, but I would like to highlight a mindset that I’ve observed,” she explained.

In fact, doctors and medical experts warn that eating less can lead to nutritional deficiencies and that crash dieting is never a good way to lose weight. Instead, you should focus on creating a calorie deficit while consuming a balanced diet that includes protein, fiber, and the right nutritious foods.
