In Passi’s words, she’s in a natural high and doesn’t need anything else to feel good. Another reason why she hates alcohol is how she feels the day after drinking.

“I naturally feel energized and don’t crave sugar or carbs. But when I’m traveling, I might treat myself to my favorite cake or dessert,” says Passi. I say.
