Losing belly fat often feels like a monumental task, but it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes the simplest exercises and rituals can lead to the most significant results.
Strength training is an important part of fat loss and should include upper and lower body exercises three times a week.
A fitness enthusiast named Therese recently admitted that this fitness regimen helped her tone her abdomen.

Practicing this often yields significant results, the TikToker explained, sharing some impressive before-and-after photos with her followers.
However, she told her followers that the changes in her stomach would never have occurred if she hadn’t created a calorie deficit in her diet.
“Don’t get me wrong, sit-ups help strengthen those areas,” Therese added in the post’s caption.
“But in terms of fat loss, sit-ups are basically effective.” [nothing] Unless you’re in a calorie deficit. ”
She continued, “I ate in a calorie deficit, strength-trained three to five times a week, and set aside one day for cardio and core work.
“There is no one magic exercise to get rid of belly fat. The only way to get rid of belly fat is to eat in a calorie deficit.
“You can’t choose where you want to lose body fat. It’s going to be different for everyone.”

No one can choose where on their body they lose weight, but exercising earlier in the day may help.
Joy Puleo, Certified Balanced Body Education Director at Balanced Body, told GB News:
“I don’t want to get too scientific about this, but your body’s glucose stores are depleted. As a result, early morning workouts tend to use up your fat reserves faster.
“If you choose to eat first, choose something light before your workout and be sure to hydrate as needed.”
Daily walking is an easy and beneficial option for most people, and is widely recommended by experts.
