“We offer workshops like Cultivating a Meditation Practice, which are perfect for beginners or those looking to deepen their understanding of meditation from a yogic perspective,” Celeste explains. Masu.

Looking to the future, Celeste is excited to expand the educational side of Holistic Healing Algoma.
“We offer more comprehensive retreats and workshops that not only focus on yoga and meditation, but also incorporate elements of nutrition, sleep habits, and lifestyle management as part of a holistic approach to health. “We plan to provide it,” she reveals.
This vision includes creating a multifaceted wellness space where community members can come together to learn, grow, and heal.
“Ideally, we would integrate our therapeutic practices with aspects of permaculture and eco-friendly living to provide a holistic experience that nurtures body, mind and spirit,” Celeste envisions.

Celeste will also host a donation-based meditation group focused on mantra repetition and silent meditation at Zero Gravity every Monday night in November at 6:30 p.m. This group is ideal for those who have attended a beginner’s workshop, as it allows you to jump straight into practice without much instruction.
