Taking inspiration from Suhana Khan’s workout routine, here’s a sneak peek into her workout routine.

1. Pull-ups

Pull-ups are an upper-body exercise where you hang from a bar and pull your weight up into a pull-up position. It adds upper body strength to your system.

2. Push-ups

Push-ups are an exercise aimed at strengthening the muscles of the arms and chest. It is practiced by lying with your face facing the floor and lifting yourself up by pushing your hands up until your arms are straight.

3. Weightlifting

Weightlifting exercises involve moving parts of your body against resistance, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, weight machines, or even your own body weight. It is an excellent way to increase muscle mass and strengthen muscles.
