Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness said on YouTube: “I had to stop eating after 9pm.

“At that time, I had to stop eating because I was supposed to go to bed at 11pm, but I always wanted to give myself a two-hour buffer between stopping eating and going to bed. Ta.

“Right now is the perfect time for your body to digest. But here was the biggest problem for me: I had to give myself time to stop eating because I would just keep eating. did.”

Katie explained that she ended up snacking late at night due to “cravings” and found it difficult to “control” them.

She revealed that because she eats healthy during the day, she tends to reward herself with high-calorie snacks such as sweet cereals at night.

She found it difficult to make healthy choices after 9pm, so she eliminated this risk herself.

As a result, weight loss inspiration led to weight loss. She says, “Just creating a little barrier for myself really helped me cut out hundreds of extra calories each week.”

One way Katie ensured this was by consuming lots of protein throughout the day to increase satiety and eliminate cravings.

She also kept busy after 9pm to avoid temptation. Instead of reaching into the cupboard, she would “instead” read a book or exercise.

Katie stressed that although 9pm is the cut-off point she chose, there is no “magic time” to stop eating to lose weight.

If you’re thin, you may just want to be aware of your late-night cravings and how to curb them.

Another way Katie lost weight was to stop eating veggie chips, a food that is advertised as healthy but may not be as nutritious as it seems.

She said: ‘I was under the impression that veggie chips were much healthier than regular chips.

“It took me a very long time to realize that these weren’t healthy at all. In fact, caloric-wise, they’re about the same as basic potato chips.”

“The whole process that they have to go through to make them into chips basically strips out most of the nutrients and you’re left with just a potato chip that has the color and shape of a vegetable.”
