Women’s weight loss coach Jenna Rizzo shares her top tips for quick and sustainable results. She encouraged people who are thin to take more steps.


Jenna (known as @jennaaaamariee on TikTok) took to the sharing platform to share her expertise.

She said, “If I woke up tomorrow and was 20 pounds heavier (starting at 6 pounds) and wanted to shed the weight before the holidays, this is exactly how I would do it.”

Experts say daily walks are a must

Jenna emphasized the importance of increasing the number of steps you take each day if you want to see results. she said: “I want my daily walk to be non-negotiable.

“I’m pretty busy, so I don’t plan on taking an hour walk every day. But I know I can take at least two 10- to 15-minute walks each day.”

The ideal number of minutes for slim people to walk to quickly lose weight and reduce belly fat has been revealed.

The NHS advises thin people: ‘Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to become more active, lose weight and become healthier.

“Although often overlooked as a form of exercise, brisk walking can help build stamina, burn extra calories, and make your heart healthier.

“You don’t have to walk for hours. A brisk walk of 10 minutes every day has many health benefits, as recommended in the Physical Activity Guidelines for Adults 19 to 64, and 150 minutes a week. It counts as an exercise.”

Tips for quick and easy weight loss

  1. Tell your friends and family about your weight loss goals
  2. Do strength training at least three times a week
  3. Make your daily walk non-negotiable
  4. Track your calorie and protein consumption
  5. go to bed on time

Another way women can lose weight is by getting enough sleep, weight loss experts say.

Jenna advises women to get at least seven hours of sleep each day, saying: “I try to go to bed on time every night.

“Sleep is an underrated key to fat loss. Consistently getting less than 7 hours of sleep a night reduces your body’s ability to naturally burn fat. That’s why I recommend 7 hours as the minimum requirement. ”

One medical practitioner acknowledged the importance of sleep for those who want to “drastically accelerate” weight loss.

The doctor explained that a bad night’s sleep can have a big impact on the next day’s food choices.

In fact, when people are tired, they tend to indulge in late-night snacks that are high in carbohydrates and fat.

Jenna also revealed five foods and drinks to avoid if you want to get weight loss results.
