His circuit training was a mix of muscle building, weight training and balance focused exercises. He started with leg presses, which primarily focus on the thighs and build leg muscles. He then moved on to chest presses, which help build chest muscles, which also help train the sides. He then did one-handed dumbbell rowing, which helps to strengthen the back and improve posture.
