Influencer Kendall Toole in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares “Mental Health Tip”

by Universalwellnesssystems

Kendall Toole is an influencer, podcaster, and fitness expert. A few weeks ago, she shared one of her mental health tips on Instagram. Toole recommended cleaning up your own space. She wrote in the caption:Mental Health Tip: Declutter and donate. While we’re incredibly grateful for all the PR and cool swag we get sent, sometimes we end up with so much more than we can truly use or ever need. The chaos of decluttering can be stressful, but the mental space and clarity it gives us is amazing! A clean space means less mental clutter (and if you’re a bit #neurospicy like me, my brain is already in chaos). So decluttering and donating to those in need is the perfect way to reset before the season changes. This time, we’re splitting our donations between a charity supporting refugees living in the area and a local women’s shelter.

Toole is committed to eating healthy, and one of the ways she does so is by cooking lots of healthy meals, which she shares many of her favorite meals on Instagram. In this videoshe makes Bang Bang Chicken and Rice. Toure captioned the post,🔥🐔 Crispy Bang Bang Chicken made in the Air Fryer. Combined with bone broth slices, it’s got over 60g of protein per serving. It tastes amazing, is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters, and is a great source of protein and fiber! As you can see from her previous post, Touré makes sure to get enough protein in her diet, and many of her recipes are packed with protein. In this postshe made chicken and rice in lettuce cups. Tur captioned the post:🤤 Better than the restaurant version. Chicken lettuce cups and crispy bone broth slices. About 41g protein per serving, no soy sauce (trust me you don’t need it, your #glutenfree friends will love it). This recipe has great flavor and texture!

Touré shares many of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this videoShe can be seen performing upper body exercises, including cross body hammer curls, bicep curls, lateral pulldowns and dumbbell rows. She captioned the post:The mental game is the hardest part…

This is a quick gym workout for my arms and upper back that I make time to do when I’m traveling and need to get the blood flowing and I’m short on time. There’s no need to be afraid of weights. They’re really a place where you can shut up your mind and focus on harnessing the power your body has. It’s not always about intensity, it’s about consistency to keep moving forward. Win a little each day.”

Touré loves tennis. She said: View this video on Instagram Toole posted a photo of himself on the course.I guess I am now a tennis girl… To tell you the truth, this was my first day with a racket in my hand and I felt very humbled. But, just like golf, I know it’s all about practice and being willing to get started from day one. Either way, this was a super fun way to spend an afternoon ✨ Also, I am obsessed with the color of the red clay courts!! A great mini vacation in the Hamptons @bondlifeclub Full fit is @lululemon linked to my LTK! I tried out the @yonex_usa tennis racket and it felt great…maybe?? 🤔 Why not take this as an opportunity to go out on a sunny summer tennis/recovery date?

Toole shared some of her favorite lower body exercises. In this Instagram post.
