Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying blissful pregnancy with Ranveer Singh. The couple was blessed with a baby girl on September 8, 2024. The new mom has always stuck to her fitness regime and recently, the actress’ trainer shared a sneak peek into her pregnancy fitness journey.
Renowned yoga expert Anushka Yoga has also organised a special pregnancy workout for new mom Deepika Padukone. Today, on September 15, she took to her Instagram account to share some pictures from her yoga session. In the pictures, the actress can be seen sporting a pregnancy glow in a black athleisure wear while flaunting her baby bump.
Deepika was seen without any make-up and with her hair tied up, as she happily posed with her trainer in both the pictures. Giving a glimpse into the actress’ pregnancy fitness journey, the celebrity trainer captioned the post, “9 beautiful months of prenatal yoga with @deepikapadukone and this journey with you has been nothing short of beautiful. It has been an incredible honour to guide you through every breath, stretch and asana as you prepared for this special chapter.”

Fans were clearly overjoyed with the post shared by Anushka, with one writing: “The most beautiful mum in the universe,” while another commented: “Thanks for sharing. So sweet. To make the announcement official, Deepika and Ranveer shared a post on Instagram saying, “Welcome baby girl,” while a few days after the birth of their daughter, Deepika changed her Instagram profile to “Feed, Burp, Sleep, Repeat.”
On the work front, the cinematographer and Ranveer will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again.
