Early Friday morning, water from a water main outage flooded the area near Farnham Street and Saddle Creek Road. The water outage was reported around 6:00 a.m., and Omaha police responded shortly thereafter to handle the area’s traffic problem. MUD also sent crews to the site for repairs. A break was reported around 6:00 a.m., and Omaha police responded shortly thereafter, dealing with traffic problems in the area.MUD also sent crews to the scene for repairs.
Nebraska Medicine said it expects the Clarkson Doctors Building South, where several outpatient clinics and offices are located, to close for the day.
“Patients with appointments there will be contacted directly by their healthcare providers,” Nebraska Medicine said in a statement.
A crew of seven from KETV NewsWatch saw water rushing down the side of the parking lot and rushing down the street.
The water supply was cut off shortly before 7am, but drivers should still be aware of traffic restrictions in the area.
