Disney Channel Star Jennifer Stone in Workout Gear Goes “Outdoor Climbing”

Jennifer Stone is rock climbing in her workout clothes. In a new social media post, the Wizards of Waverly Place star shows off her strong and healthy body while working out outdoors. “Cracks, butts and my first outdoor climb with Camp 4. 🏕️🦇#Yosemite #crack #Outdoor climbing #Bat #Camp4” she captioned the Instagram post. So how does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Stone, who has diabetes, spoke about the importance of self-care. Yahoo!“For me, being diagnosed with diabetes means self-care is about balance – sleep, exercise, diet and stress – which isn’t always easy when you’re working as a nurse,” she says.

Stone is also an advocate for taking care of your mental health: “I suffer from depression, too. Have since I was 12 years old,” she said in an interview. She claims that a combination of antidepressants and therapy “saved my life and helped me get back on my feet” and “helped me see things clearly.”

It also helps maintain a healthy weight. Regular aerobic exercise like skiing or snowboarding can reduce the risk of developing diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and even cancer.”
