80s Icon Kari Wuhrer in Workout Gear is Ready for “Summer”

Kari Wuhrer is ready for summer in her workout clothes. In a new social media post, the 90s icon and co-host of MTV’s hit show Remote Control shows off her incredible body in workout clothes and talks about her summer vacation. “Playing with my kids, soaking up the sun, moving to NYC for my daughter to start college. I’m exhausted,” she wrote in her Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Kari also practices yoga. “I love yoga,” she told the New York Post. She explains that there are tons of reasons to do yoga.
