In the video, Austin explains that the standing move is called the “woodchop.” First, she stands with her feet slightly wider than her shoulder width apart, bends her right knee toward the ground, and stretches her hands forward to reach her front legs, so that her knees are aligned with her form a 90 degree angle. Then she stands up and stretches her arms above her head on the opposite side of her body. “Tighten her abs. Press down and raise her hands!” she explains. “Go from your heel to your waist. Do this 30 times on each side.”
