Intense exercise habits irritate others

Taylor Swift‘s workout routine is so brutal that some people will vomit while making others lie on the floor… so says the pop superstar’s trainer kirk myers.

When Meyers finally accepted the cool title of “Taylor Swift’s Trainer” after working with the singer for a decade, he revealed to Vogue the singer’s killer workout routine.

Myers provided a roadmap for how Taylor would prepare for the worldwide “Ellas” tour, requiring a three-hour, 15-minute performance for each show.

He says her workouts were choreographed like a professional athlete’s, “off-season” when she wasn’t on tour and “in-season” when she was performing.

Offseason training was grueling…Taylor trained up to six days a week, about two hours a day. She focused on improving her strength and conditioning, while also focusing on core exercises for balance and stability to help her dance and move on stage.

While on the road, Taylor worked hard on his in-season training to maintain stability, mobility, and strength. She was performing biomechanical stretches to strengthen the spine, soft tissues, and other joints of the body.

Meyers said Taylor was so diligent about his exercise routine that he performed four super-intense concerts in a row and still went to the gym.

“Taylor is the most resilient person I’ve ever met,” Meyers told Vogue, adding that she always persevered through difficult tasks before moving on to the next practice. added.

As a side note, the two first met through mutual friends, and yes, Meyers already admitted to being a huge fan of Taylor and her music. Just another Swifty!
