carrier underwood‘s approach to health and fitness has wowed fans.
The “If I Didn’t Love You” singer has been open about her impressive fitness journey, but when it comes to working out, she’s adamant about doing what you can, when you can.
“You’re adjusting to it, just like everyone else,” she said. Today.com interview (published March 28). “Some mornings I have a long workout, some mornings I take a short walk, and some mornings I have nothing.”
The 41-year-old incorporates a lot of circuit training, which includes endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and circuit exercises to make her workouts “approachable and simple” while “maximizing results.” I am trying to do so.
And of course, music plays a big role in her exercise routine.
“It definitely changes my mood and helps me do more reps and move a little faster, and I feel like it gives me that extra bit of energy that I need,” she said.
