Victoria’s Secret model Gisele Oliveira knows it’s much more fun to train with friends, so she brought them along to her personal trainer sessions at the gym. Oliveira, 30, shared a video of herself doing a full-body workout with her friend while wearing a green Alo Yoga costume. The two performed a series of strength conditioning exercises, including squats and lunges. “Take your girlfriend’s friends to a workout day 🏋️♀️,” she captioned her post. Oliveira works out with a trainer so he doesn’t skip training. “For me, it’s very difficult to train alone, so having a trainer helped me a lot because I feel a little bit of pressure to keep moving.” she said hollywood life. “It also makes me feel happy and feel like I’m doing good things while stuck at home. ‘If you want some motivation to workout at home, try wearing a swimsuit instead of wearing a swimsuit when you’re home. I use a chair or couch to work out my lower body, use my own body weight to work on my abs…stretching… You can definitely do it!”
Aside from being a pescatarian, Oliveira says she doesn’t follow any particular dietary rules. “We all need protein, but not all protein sources are healthy.” Anthony DiMarino, RDhe told Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials. “Being a pescatarian means eating the healthiest protein sources available. Choosing these lean proteins over high-fat meats may support weight loss. Oliveira loves watching the sunset and relaxing at the end of the day. “My favorite time of the day is sunset.” she said modeliste. “My hometown is known for having one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil, so I fell in love with sunsets from an early age. It’s a moment of the day that I always look forward to!”
Oliveira is always prepared when she goes to the beach. “Sunglasses, of course! I love Miu Miu sunglasses, Gentle Monster, Ray-Ban, and vintage Chanel sunglasses.” she said W Magazine. “I always wear sunscreen, especially on my face. I hate tan lines, so I always try to shift my swimsuit when in the sun.”
