Musk, who runs SpaceX and Tesla and owns the social media platform X, has denied abusing ketamine, saying he used “small amounts once every two weeks or so.”
He added that he did not consider himself to be in a “long-term depression” and instead used ketamine when he was “chemical negative.”
During the hour-long interview, Musk also mentioned meeting with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in March, but did not say who he would support in the November election.
He said he is “distancing” from Democratic President Joe Biden, but that doesn’t mean he supports Trump, adding: “A lot can happen between now and the election. ” he added.
