Paige Hathaway in Workout Gear Flexes Bicep and is “Grateful”

Fitness model Paige Hathaway posted highlights from a beautiful December spent with friends and family as she bids farewell to 2023. Hathaway, 36, shared photos from her vacation, including a stunning snap of her posing flexing her biceps while using a resistance band, wearing a white sports top and gray training pants. She captioned her post, “December was so good! #grateful.” Hathaway's diet and her workouts are as strict as you can imagine, but she makes it look fun (and totally worth it). Read on to learn more.

Hathaway loves to keep training challenging. “Four to five days a week he lifts heavy with compound movements, plus three to four days a week he does HIIT.” she tells muscle and fitness. “Sled pushing is my favorite. It's fun and it works every muscle in your body! 'Maneater' is probably the toughest exercise I've ever done and the quickest to get results. Masu. Do planks, push-ups, and renegade draws. I maintain an 80/20 diet, mostly whole foods like seafood, beans, quinoa, couscous, sweet potatoes, vegetables, and lots of nuts and nut butters. But 20% of the time I still enjoy foods that may not be that healthy. ”

Hathaway enjoys protein-packed snacks throughout the day. “I eat about six meals a day, consisting of three or four full meals and two or three snacks.” she tells 30 people. “I usually snack on something like a peanut butter banana wrap (tortilla, banana, peanut butter), hummus and veggies, homemade tzatziki sauce with Greek yogurt, or a protein shake with nut butter and fruit. If I'm craving something sweet, , I make chia pudding by mixing 1/3 cup of white chia seeds, 1 1/2 cups of nut milk (I like almond or coconut), 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of protein powder. .”

Hathaway's go-to training is the F45, which she says has changed her life. “I work out on her F45. F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility that focuses on her three key ingredients: motivation, innovation, and results.” she tells 30 people. “With F45 (F stands for Functional), programs are never repeated, making every workout a unique experience. I work out consistently on F45 at least five days a week. .This is a completely different style of workout than any other class of workout.The principle is to maximize your output with the most efficient and effective workout possible.Tabata/HIIT/Interval Style Training is continuously combined with functional movements interspersed with “max-on” periods (usually about 30-40 seconds). The rest periods (10-20 seconds) really work up a sweat and give you amazing results. ”

Hathaway doesn't eat red meat these days. “I've been a pesterarian for the past six months.” she tells body + soul. “I'm hooked on this. It's completely changed my life, my body, the way I feel. I don't have as much inflammation and I'm losing weight. It's so doable. I don't even want to eat meat anymore. Fitness It's incredible to be in this world.'' “Meat is my daily diet. Now I get my protein from plants and fish. I'll never go back.''

Hathaway swears by chiropractor sessions and deep tissue massages to help her recover. “I see a chiropractor every week because a healthy spine helps keep the body functioning properly.” she tells 30 people. “I am undergoing corrective scoliosis treatment in conjunction with spinal rejuvenation. I also think it is very important for active people to have a deep tissue massage at least once a month. Massage Helps reduce acute inflammation caused by muscle overuse and reduces inflammation, stiffness, pain, and inflammation. ”
