A session at the recently opened Puppy Yoga Paris includes 20 minutes of yoga and 40 minutes of puppy interaction.
Founder Ella Rubinsky said the concept resonates in Paris, where many people work long hours and live in small apartments.

“Many of us can't leave our dogs at home or don't have time to take them out every day, so this is an opportunity to relax and have some happy time,” she told Reuters in a session this week. It included 10 golden retriever puppies.
Clara Mathieu, 19, said: “It's very nice and relaxing, but I feel even happier because I have a very cute puppy.”

Puppy Yoga Paris holds several sessions a week, each featuring a large number of purebred puppies and kittens between 6 and 12 weeks old. Sessions currently cost 35 euros ($38.43), but will rise to 45 euros next month.
Lubinski said she has formed a partnership with a nearby breeder who rents animals for sessions. The puppies stay for a few hours and leave in the evening.
Businessmen hope that the number of dogs looking down and puppies playing is on the rise. She recently opened another puppy yoga center in Madrid and hopes to open more centers in France throughout 2024.
