This Eating Habit May Harm Cognitive Function, New Study Says — Eat This Not That

The results were reported in a paper by Dr. Changzheng Yuan and Dr. Dongmei Yu of Zhejiang University, life metabolism. The findings are based on a survey of 3,342 participants in the China Nutrition and Health Survey (CHNS) public database. All were men with an average age of 62 years. The data focused on the participants’ eating habits, specifically when they were eating and which meals they tended to skip, and phone calls related to cognitive functions such as memory, counting, and basic math.
