Talk about a birthday suit! Realizing that he had overlooked his health over the past few months, Lewis decided to improve his fitness for the special day. Now, Flex Lewis is proudly showing off his improved physique in a recent update he shared on Instagram.

Flex Lewis established himself as the best bodybuilder in the history of the 212 division. The “Welsh Dragon” won the title seven years in a row from 2012 until 2018. His unparalleled physique allowed him to advance to the Men’s Open, defeating big names like Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford, who later became champions.

Lewis considered a future in competitive bodybuilding, but ultimately decided to quit bodybuilding and retire from the sport. The Welsh Dragon would consider a return, but only for a seven-figure check. Despite stepping away from the stage, Lewis remains focused on maintaining his incredible conditioning and muscle mass.

Flex Lewis has been pushing his body to the limit in the gym, but a few months ago he decided to get in the best shape of his life for his birthday. The 4-0 win made Lewis “bigger, stronger and faster.” He started his transformation but faced some problems with his back injury.

Flex Lewis has suffered back injuries before, but this time he revealed it was worse than he expected. Regardless, he kept trying and with a combination of diet and hard work, he lost 20 pounds in just a month after his birthday.
