In “Schmoozing and Cruising,” host CW Silverberg visits an innovative kosher restaurant. ChaiFlicks describes itself as the leading streaming service for telling Jewish stories.
The pitmaster at The Wandering Que is Ali White from El Paso. He bought a barbecue pit on his Ebay, made it kosher, and in the middle of the pandemic he delivered kosher BBQ to Jewish communities in 16 states. White, who specializes in Texas BBQ, swears by his brisket.
“We want literally every dish on here to be great,” White said on the show. “As long as we can find kosher meat and wood, we’ll smoke.”
White said he caters to both Jews and non-Jews who have “turned their noses up to the smoke.”
