A very healthy mother of three children used her arms to support her weight while moving her legs back and forth rhythmically to dance music.

Carey was proud to have reached her target time without stopping.
In the video’s caption, she said, “It fell apart at the end, but it’s been 30 seconds.”

She says a combination of Pilates, running, CrossFit, and a balanced diet helps her stay in shape.
“Most days I walk, I run, and I take Pilates classes on the weekends. I also just started CrossFit,” Carey told the magazine.

“I found a KX Pilates Studio that uses weights, so it’s fast. Some weeks I train five times, some weeks I only get three. Even so, my week is pretty active,” she continued.
In her diet, Carey sticks to a staple breakfast, followed by a combination of healthy carbs, lean protein, and vegetables.
“I usually have yogurt and muesli or porridge for breakfast. Then I have coffee in the morning and wraps or sushi for lunch,” she said.
