The Best Gluten-Free Snacks at Trader Joe’s

by Universalwellnesssystems
I love to graze. From salty to sweet, I’m here. There is one slight problem with my plan to dominate the global snack market. Neuromyelitis opticaIt is very similar to MS and primarily affects the optic nerve and spinal cord. It’s made me an expert on the best gluten-free snacks at Trader Joe’s.

With neuromyelitis optica, inflammation of any kind can lead to relapses, so one way I mediate that is by eating as gluten-free as possible. For someone who considers themselves pro-gluten, it was very difficult. But as always, TJ came to the rescue. Here are some of the best gluten-free snacks at Trader Joe’s, in my humble opinion.

Start with sweets

I am a cookie addict and I especially love chocolate chip cookies. For those who like a thinner, crispier version, the gluten-free Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookie is your go-to. There are also versions. It is very tasty.

Some TJs also have a Partake cookie, which is a thicker, less chewy chocolate chip cookie. Equally delicious, all his Partake cookies are highly accessible to the majority of people with food allergies. This brand does not use wheat, peanuts, eggs, soybeans, shellfish, tree nuts, sesame seeds, or fish in any of its products. and It’s black ownership, and it’s a triple win in my book.

Mochi is recommended for ice cream! Personally, I’m a tea ice cream girl, so it’s a souvenir to buy matcha mochi and Thai tea mini mochi at once.

next is salty

Trader Joe’s Movie Theater Popcorn is my Kryptonite. Certain popcorns are great for those who like classic cinema-level salt, but don’t let butter settle at the bottom of the container. may contain gluten.

Generally, potato chips are considered gluten-free. However, depending on the factory they’re made in and/or what they’re flavored with, gluten can take a surprising hit in a salty bite. There are several options that are free and delicious. what’s my personal favorite? Hawaiian-style hickory barbecue chips. A little sweet, a little savory, a little salty, umm they are the perfect binge TV snacks.

Chips and salsa are generally gluten-free, easy, interactive snacks. Most tortilla chips are made from gluten-free corn, but some companies blend corn flour with wheat flour so it’s worth checking. TJ’s has several corn tortilla options that you can pair with salsa. My favorites are the Organic Yellow Corn Tortilla Chip Rounds and their Salsa Autentica. That salsa is my perfect mild.

Finally, let’s take a look at sour candy

I love a good sour packer. For my fellow tart lovers, here are my recommendations for candies. There is also a regular version, but I bypass it every time and go straight to my citric favorite. Other sour candies I buy in bulk are Trader Joe’s Sour Jelly Beans. When I go grocery shopping, I usually buy one bag of each.

Trader Joe’s Sour Jelly Beans (2 Pack) — $12.00

Personally, I love Trader Joe’s gluten-free snacks. Because it’s delicious, easy to find, and affordable. Plus, with a wide variety of flavors and textures, it’s easy to find one that meets your cravings.
