Bloating is a common problem that can be easily resolved with simple home remedies. A ballooning stomach is mostly due to increased intestinal gas. Symptoms mostly occur when eating greasy or junk food or eating late at night.

Chakra Fool (Star Anise)

Star anise fruits are known for their carminative properties. Relieves symptoms of gas and bloating. You can make a powder of star anise and mix it with honey to relieve multiple stomach problems such as colic, stomach pain, flatulence, and bloating.
