This blueberry crumble is worth a try, not only because it has a distinct taste, but also because it has health benefits that cannot be ignored. “Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, including but not limited to vitamin C,” Lal says. “It’s also a good source of dietary fiber.”
