Kosherpalooza 2024, held at the Meadowlands Expo Center in New Jersey, attracted more than 4,000 attendees and enjoyed food from 150 vendors.
Now in its second year, the sold-out event saw attendees explore every corner of the innovative and ever-expanding world of kosher. The event brought together hundreds of food brands, cookbook authors, influencers and experts in one massive celebration of all things kosher. Attendees enjoyed networking with some of the top kosher creators and influencers from around the world.
The first-ever festival for foodies is hosted by Fleishigs Magazine and Powwow Events. The day-long event will be packed with events including a Chopped-style cooking competition, cooking and mixology demonstrations, wine tasting classes, exclusive book signings with renowned cookbook authors, informative panel discussions and more.
A wide range of exhibitors, from restaurants and start-ups to established brands, offered visitors the opportunity to sample and enjoy their products in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
Exhibitors included Tnuva, Bethel Creamery, Royal Wine Corp., Eden Foods, Flavor on Board, Loosiez, 7th Heaven, The Nuttery, Natural & Kosher, kosher.com, Tuscanini, Heaven & Earth, Yummy foods, Pelleh Poultry, Mehadrin, Liebers, Reismans, Haus of Babka, Cinko, Recanati Kravy and many more.
Host and headliner included Chanie Apfelbaum, Eran Kornblum, Gabriel Geller, Sara Lasry and Dani Klein.
Notable Kosher Cookbook Authors and Influencers Miriam Pascal Cohen, Melinda Strauss, Isaac Bernstein, Gad Elbaz Also known as “Chef Gaston” Ahva Gottdiener, Mika Shiva, Sol Diningwas in attendance.
The event also featured demos, panel discussions and a CHOPPED-style competition pitting chefs and influencers against each other for judging.
