Fitness influencer Tanushree has a huge following on social media. She regularly posts videos about weight loss and body fat loss. However, when she was only 25 years old, she found herself struggling with her weight and self-confidence. At one point, the influencer weighed 85 kilograms, felt trapped in her own body and was often mistaken for someone much older. This harsh reality was a turning point and ignited her determination to regain her health and confidence.Tanushree has played many roles in her life: daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend, but above all, she is a determined woman who has changed her life. Her six-year journey from being overweight and unhealthy to becoming a fitness enthusiast and influencer is a testament to resilience and dedication.

In an Instagram post, she revealed that she was a “healthy” baby growing up, but that her weight became a source of anxiety and self-doubt in her 20s. After getting married and becoming a mother at a young age, postpartum challenges such as hormonal imbalances led to stress, depression, and lack of confidence. She was desperate to break free from her unhealthy habits and unfulfilling routine.

She began her fitness journey with a vision to build a toned physique and strength. Unlike other companies that turn to gyms and expensive fitness programs, Tanushree has taken a simpler and more accessible approach. Armed with only household items and belief in herself, the young mother began her fitness journey at home. With no previous experience with exercise or dieting, she started small by doing basic workouts and incorporating items like water bottles as weights. Her diet consisted of traditional protein-rich Indian dishes such as cheela, soybean chunks, paneer, eggs, beans, and lentils.

Balancing her responsibilities as a housewife and mother, Tanushree carved out one hour for herself every day. Over time, she added cardio and weight training to her routine, learning through trial and error. Progress was slow, but her determination never wavered. After six years of continuous efforts, Tanushree lost 37 kg, dropping to 48 kg and changing her life.

Her journey wasn’t just about physical weight loss. Tanushree developed mental resilience and overcame self-doubt, social judgment, and physical fatigue. Her amazing transformation soon gained attention on social media. Her Instagram page became a hub of inspiration, where she candidly shared her struggles, including post-pregnancy hormonal imbalances and the stresses of daily life.
